I WAS commissioned to explore the remote areas of Australia's Northern Territory, including the backcountry and West Arnhemland, to document the fascinating Trevor Wie & Australia’s ancient artwork.

Trevor is the head guide for Kakadu Cultural Tours. I spent an incredible week in the outback, and I had the honor of visiting sacred caves that are rarely open to the public. He shared his deep Dreamtime knowledge and gave detailed explanations of Aboriginal artworks that date back 50,000 years.
