I collaborated with JBS Australia at Blackbird Brisbane to capture the raw power of their premium beef program. Working alongside Head Chef Jake Nicolson, we focused on the visceral energy of the kitchen, utilizing high-speed cinematography and macro photography to document the flame-grilled process.
From the intense sear of the open fire to the resting of perfectly marbled cuts, the shoot was a technical exercise in capturing heat and texture. The resulting visuals highlight the elite craftsmanship required to transform world-class meat into an iconic Brisbane dining experience.
