AUSTRALIAN WILD GAMER HARVESTER

Adam Neilson is a wild game harvester specialising in sustainably harvested wild venison. Adam is a licensed harvester and trained in the ethical shot, meaning the animals experience no stress in dispatch, especially as he works at night.
Deers are an introduced species and cause havoc on the local environment.
They destroy native vegetation by trampling plants, grazing, and ring-barking young trees, fouling waterholes & causing soil erosion.
Wild deer are free to roam and graze with no chemical inputs and no restrictions on diet or movement. This means the meat
has almost no saturated fat, and is high in zinc, iron, protein, B vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin B-12.

Adam has his own processing facility where he processes the meat and sells it at several Markets in and around Noosa, Queensland.
By removing this introduced species from the natural environment it leaves room for our native species to thrive...
