GOLD & WOOL
I spent my time at Cavan Station getting my boots in the dirt and my hands in the wool. This wasn't a fly-on-the-wall shoot; it was an immersion into one of Australia's most iconic Merino runs.
I wanted to capture the sheer scale of the operation alongside the fine details of the fiber. These shots are the result of chasing the light across the paddocks and learning the heritage of the land from the people who work it every day. It’s raw, it’s backlit by that brutal Australian sun, and it’s a tribute to the craftsmanship behind a world-class clip. I have so much respect for the farmers and shearers as this is backbreaking work!
