This collaboration with Manu Feildel and HOYTS captures the journey of a dish from the heat of the kitchen to the luxury of the front row. The goal was to bridge the gap between high-end culinary craft and the cinematic experience.
By documenting the process in the kitchen, the steam, the prep, and the focus alongside the final, polished setting of the theatre, these images tell a complete story of hospitality. It’s a study of French technique met with a premium audience, showcasing the work that happens behind the scenes to create a world-class moment on screen.
